Purposes and lawful bases
We process enquiry data to respond to you (legitimate interests and, where you ask us to prepare a contract, steps prior to entering a contract). Client advice files are processed to perform our engagement and to meet regulatory record-keeping duties. Marketing emails are sent only with consent or soft opt-in where permitted; you may unsubscribe at any time.

Unsuccessful enquiries are usually deleted within 24 months. Client advice records are retained for at least the period required by financial services regulation (typically several years after the advice ends) and then reviewed for deletion or anonymisation.

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first so we can resolve issues promptly.
International transfers
We aim to store client files in the United Kingdom. If a provider processes data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK Addendum / Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
